The mission of the IATSE 322 Joint Education and Training Trust Fund is to provide education reimbursement, class room training and industry related certification to referrals of IATSE 322. Heading the Training Trust will be a four member Board of Trustees made up of equal representatives of labor and management. The day to day management will be handled by a Fund Administrator appointed by the Board of Trustees. The Training Trust will enhance the work of IATSE 322 referrals and provide training opportunities in areas of safety and skills development for IATSE 322 referrals. The Fund will assist IATSE 322 referrals regardless of union membership, so that everyone has equal access to the kinds of education and training programs that make IATSE 322 represented employees the best in their respective industries.
