Below is the Paperwork for AER, INC. The provide payroll for all CRVA facilities (Ovens, Spectrum, Bojanles Colisieum) Please download and fill out to bring with you to your first call at one of these facilities. You will also need to bring a copy of the appropriate I9 ID with you. AER,INC REQUIRES DIRECT DEPOSIT.

Below is the paperwork for Wild West Lighting. They are the payroll provider for all Norman Sound events as well as PSAV. They also hire labor to work directly from them on site or in the shop. Please fill out this paperwork and scan end email back to

( accounting@WildWestLighting.net ). You will need to include a scan of your I9 ID and a copy of your voided check.

WILD WEST REQUIRES DIRECT DEPOSIT.

See the document below: this is the I-9 please read and understand what documents to bring. You need either 1 item from LIST A or 2 Items one from LIST B and 1 from LIST C. You can not have 2 B or 2 C items. It must be 1 from B and 1 from C.
